I’m a private chef based in Jackson Hole, WY and Los Angeles, CA. I love fresh food and the time spent gathering around the table.

My Story

 

My love for food and beverage has led me all over the US and abroad in search of beautiful experiences around the table. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in a variety of roles in private homes and the hospitality industry and have learned alongside many talented chefs, bakers and sommeliers. I appreciate the art of good hosting as much as I love the creativity of the kitchen.

I believe that local, seasonal produce and pasture-raised meat and dairy are essential to making delicious, life-giving food. My cooking showcases the bounty of the farmer’s market and celebrates the farmers who feed us. The way we eat impacts not only our personal health but also the health of our communities and our land.
